I had the pleasure to participate in Karin's Yoga workshop that was held in Stockholm, in 2021. Each one of the sessions started with an explanation about the yoga style that we practiced later on in the session. The introductions were very clear and helped to understand the underlying logic and philosophy of the specific style, and therefore to make the maximum of the practice itself. Karin is a very attentive instructor that helps and guides you during each of your movements. I believe that close guidance is a vital component of any Yoga beginners class. Moreover, Karin's classes are held in a very warm and friendly manner that encourages and helps the practitioners to get into the zone and stay in the flow. karin instructs very enthusiastic and fun. She points out if you are doing well or corrects your position. which makes it a nice experience, because you really learn it that way. It was my first time doing yoga and I really enjoyed it, it made me feel calm and relaxed. karin's yoga sessions were some of the best parts of quarantine for me this year! she is able to adjust to teach easier levels for those who need it, is always conscious of each person´s form and her voice is so soothing. |

Thank you so much, karin! Your expertise, sweetness and flow were the most calming and healing experience I've had in Bariloche. Karin is an inspiring and passionate person and I felt at ease straight away. The classes were amazing, with clear and precise directions so you always knew what position you should be in and which part of the body should be working/stretching. They were also varied with options for all, no matter your ability. Karin has a very calming voice and always reminds you of your breathing technique which was so helpful as I always seem to hold my breath. I also enjoyed the meditation at the end of class where you have time to completely relax and reflect. |
