The magic behind the adventure- when yoga and conservation meet
As an Environmental Scientist and Yoga Teacher, I saw a beautiful opportunity to combine my two passions. I realized that the health of our planet and the well-being of our children are deeply connected.
By blending my scientific knowledge of ecosystems with the physical and emotional benefits of yoga, I created these interactive workbooks (ages 3-6).
